1. The Gospel is the power of God to us revealed through the Spirit (Rom. 1:16).

2. The Word of God that He inspired affirms the timeless principle of faith (Rom. 1:17).

3. He also affirms those things we already knew instinctively: that God exists, that He created all things, as well as His eternal power and Godhead (Rom. 1:19-20).
